Located in the heart of Saumur, Domaine Guiberteau’s 14.5 hectares of organically farmed vines are dedicated to the region’s signature varieties, Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc. All fruit is destemmed and fermented with native yeasts, aged without new oak (except Arboises and Brézé), and wines are bottled unfined/unfiltered. This ‘entry-level’ white is certain to exceed expectations. Mineral-driven, nervy, and undeniably refreshing, this Chenin Blanc is sure to please even the most finicky of palates. For a food-friendly crowdpleaser, look no further than this bottle.
